Freezing in Dublin

Just finished a 6 miler with a friend from work in the freezing Dublin weather. We ran a good mile or so along the wet sand on the beach where the tide had gone out, and roughly another 2 miles down a paved trail along the ocean as well. Overall I would say it was a great run. I won't be able to run for almost a week because I should be in Prague, Vienna, and Budapest. I'd say it may be worth it to miss a few days. Hopefully I can get in a long run on Tuesday when I am back. Hope everyone has a great Easter and Conference weekend!

  1. Wow Jason.that's sounds like another great trip. I have an idea. I think you should make it a goal to run at least one mile in ever country you visit. I wish we had done that on our trip. We could have run in Germany,Austria, Switzerland and Lichtenstein. Maybe we could keep a list on this Blog of all the countries where contributors to this blog have run.

  2. Wow Jason, I hope you enjoyed your trip! Trevor and I had a good weekend! We were feeling all ambitious so we got up at 6 am saturday morning to get in a 16 miler before conference, but after eating and trying to go to the bathroom we realized it was pouring rain, so we went back to bed for 2 hours instead! To fit in our run we ran the entire time between conference sessions, and then another 6 miler before Trevor went to priesthood, but we did it! What type of Gu or shotbloks or whatever do you like best?
